Childcare Assistant Director
As a Childcare Assisant Director with New Kids on the Block Learning Center, you will coach, develop and motivate Childcare Attendants and Educational Staff and actively develop and maintain positive customer and community relations. You will maintain high capacity utilization, manage all resources effectively and within budget and ensure that your center is compliant with all federal and state laws, MSDE-OCC regulations and New Kids on the Block Learning Center standards. You will anticipate employment needs, identify and hire excellent staff and supervise, coach, develop and motivate the center staff. You will also ensure that your center provides exceptional customer service experiences through friendly and thorough tours, a welcoming environment and easy accessibility for parent meetings and phone calls.

Our childcare staff ensures the safety, cleanliness and well-being of the children in the play center, interacts and plays with the children, registers children into the center/database and
maintains positive relationships with guests, their children and coworkers.
We are seeking school a bus driver to transport children to and from school each day on established routes. Additional extracurricular runs (sports and field trips) and charter work may also be available. Typical runs are morning and afternoon and average 20-25 hours per week. Competitive hourly wages.
Experienced bus drivers that have a CDL endorsements are preferred, but we will also provide free training for good drivers without school bus experience.
